Terms & Conditions

1. New accounts

Applications for all new accounts must be on a “Mr tap” account application form to completed in full & signed, and will be subject to our standard terms and conditions which can be found on our website.

2. PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice

3. GST (Goods & Services Tax)

All accounts will be charged GST at the rate of 10%

4. Settlement

30 Days Nett from Statement date / Within 7 Days a 7% discount applies

5. Minimum Order Quantity

A minimum order quantity of $100 is applicable

Orders placed with an order value of less than $100 will incur a $10.00 handling fee.

6. Freight

Freight will not be charged for Sydney Metro area, Central Coast, Newcastle & Wollongong. All Other areas will be charged freight

All customers will be charged freight for order values below $100.00

7. Returns, Credit Claims

No Claims will be recognised unless made within 7 Days from date of delivery.

Copy of invoice required on all claims

Faulty goods will not be accepted (without prior inspection by our Sales Representative)

All returns where the product requires freight will be at the customers cost. unless our nominated carrier has been used with our consent. Credit will be issued after products are received and found defective.

Products returned which are in surplus to the customers requirements will be subject to a 10% Re-stocking fee. Only products in their original condition & packaging will be accepted.
